Stand Options & Costs

Our Shell Scheme offers classic, clean-cut lines, whilst the Space Only option allows full license for your own creative design.

Shell Scheme

€930 plus 19% VAT per square metre

Includes white walls, carpeting in a choice of colours, ceiling grid and fascia board.  Furniture, lighting and electricity must be ordered as additional items.  Coloured walls at minimal extra cost.

Space Only

€860 plus 19% VAT per square metre

Gives you the freedom to create your own stand - and you can build a second storey for hospitality purposes.

Stand Partners

Stand partners are those companies sharing your stand. To assist with all co-ordination, IMEX provides an online registration system via the IMEX website. Once stand partners have been registered, they will be contacted directly by IMEX to provide their own information for catalogue entry, webpage, flights, hotels and badge requirements.

Virtual Exhibition

Enjoy ongoing marketing support through the IMEX Virtual Exhibition, which allows your dialogue with buyers to continue year-round, leading to extra business opportunities long after the show.  Your virtual stand is a full page on the IMEX site, with a free link to your own website.  IMEX buyers use the Virtual Exhibition to make appointments with you at the show, and can request brochures and business proposals later.  The media use it to access the latest press releases from IMEX exhibitors.

Online Guide to Buyers

You can access the guide before and after the show, allowing you to make a targeted selection of IMEX hosted buyers based on their registration details.

Online Diary

Allows buyers to make appointments directly with you and your stand partners.

Group Appointments

Stands over 18 square metres receive targeted group appointments scheduled on your behalf by us.

Marketing & PR support

Full pre-show support from IMEX's dedicated marketing and PR team includes a checklist of marketing opportunities, monthly updates on topical opportunities and an exhibitor marketing toolkit containing essential material to recruit stand partners and attract buyers to your stand.
