Meetings Mindset® MinutesA series of short videos from Meetings Mindset® founder Jon Bradshaw - 'Meetings Mindset® Minutes' will provide an insight into the Meetings Mindset® activities taking place before and during the show to help you prepare for and perform at IMEX. The Online Performance Center
Helping you prepare to do more business at IMEX
The Meetings Mindset® Online Performance Center (OPC) is NOW LIVE and available to all registered attendees through the IMEX website log in here
IMEX in Frankfurt 2011 saw the unveiling of the first Online Performance Center. This innovative online event performance software encourages IMEX attendees to take a few minutes to prepare for the show. Many of the 570 users said that just a few minutes spent on the OPC had been instrumental in prompting them to plan ahead for the show, such as diarising educational events and planning their schedules to maximise all the opportunities provided by IMEX.
The Meetings Mindset® library of mental, physical and practical tips, tools and techniques is also available through the OPC and provides an interesting and useful resource to help you achieve your objectives and perform at your best. Having just undergone its fourth upgrade this year the OPC will offer an improved and even more personalised service.

Meetings Mindset® Pit Stops
Following their popularity in 2011 there will be two Meetings Mindset® Pit Stops at IMEX in Frankfurt 2012. The first will be located in the hosted buyer lounge, offering complimentary clothed massages to hosted buyers. Designed to give buyers a few minutes respite to re-focus and boost their energy and ease away the stresses and strains of walking the show floor. Last year over 350 buyers took time to de-stress and re-energise.
The second Pit Stop will be on the show floor where you will find Meetings Mindset® experts, and new for 2012 a series of Performance Campfires – small, informal drop in educational sessions where attendees can explore the science behind effective meetings performance and share as well as swap stories about their own experiences. It is equally as important to take a few moments to evaluate your performance after an event, there is still time to achieve objectives you didn’t manage to achieve at the show and the OPC will guide you to IMEX resources which may be able to help you do this.
IMEX attendees are encouraged to log back into the Meetings Mindset® Online Performance Center in the days following the show to get practical tips on post show follow up methods, self-certify your own performance to help you perform better at your next event and print a performance certificate to remind you what worked well and perhaps what didn’t!
