IMEX Academy Awards

The IMEX Academy Awards are presented to individuals who have served the meetings and incentive travel industry exceptionally well. Each of winners has to have achieved consistently high standards within their chosen profession. In most cases, candidates are recommended by their colleagues.

IMEX Green Awards

The IMEX Green Awards are jointly run with GMIC (Green Meeting Industry Council) and sponsored by Rivanna Natural Designs. They have been developed to recognise organisations within the meetings and incentive travel industry that are making an effort to minimise their environmental and social impacts.

MPI Foundation Student Scholarship Award

The Award is given to the winner of the international IMEX-MPI University Challenge. Students are judged on presentations given at Forums around the world, with the final at IMEX. Winners are sponsored to attend an MPI conference of their choice.

JMIC Unity Award

The JMIC (Joint Meetings Industry Council) Unity Award is given for outstanding achievement in the meetings industry.

IMEX-AACB (Association of Australian Convention Bureau Inc) Vin Barron Prize for Bureau Staff

This award has been designed to foster career development in convention bureaus throughout Australia.
