IMEX Vision delivers a packed education programme and initiatives committed to showcasing innovation in the meetings industry. It will bring to IMEX 2014 a range of education sessions, streamed into eight easy-to-find topic tracks, a host of venues on the show floor to explore latest trends, and exciting fun activities to the programme. Show Floor Education:The App Bar, located on the show floor, provides 20 minute educational sessions on the use of apps specifically for the events and meetings industry. The Compliance Clinic is powered by Veranstaltungsplaner.de (the Association of German Event Organisers). Located on the show floor it offers expert guidance throughout the show on this important and emerging issue. The Tech Tap stand should be the first stop for meeting planners wishing to find out more about technologies that can add new dimensions of value, feedback, speed or interactivity to events. The IMEX-CIC Inspiration Centre showcases the best education and training for the meetings industry, right on the show floor. IMEX has responded to demand for more networking opportunities by establishing a new ‘Networking Hub’ on the show floor, which will be powered by Meetings Mindset® The Sustainability Hub provides both exhibitors and visitors the opportunity to increase their awareness and knowledge of both environmental and social responsibility. This is your opportunity to be part of an audience on a web TV show and witness how it is done and maybe apply this to your own conference or event. |
Forums

IMEX in Frankfurt hosts a number of Forums. They include year-round initiatives like our Future Leaders Forum and The Politicians Forum; plus Association Day and launched in 2013, Exclusively Corporate@IMEX which are held on the day before the show. Held one day prior to the show, Association Day is one of the big successes of IMEX. IMEX launched “Exclusively Corporate”, a new programme dedicated uniquely to corporate meeting planners from across the world. The Future Leaders Forum programme jointly run by IMEX, MPI (Meeting Professionals International) and MCI, has been developed to encourage the best and brightest students to enter the meetings and incentive travel industry. The IMEX Politicians Forum is committed to communicating the value of the Business Events and Meetings Industry and how it translates into economic benefits and business activity.
