IMEX TV - a new TV channel located on the IMEX in Frankfurt website (www.imex-frankfurt.com) – will feature live news from the show, sound-bites from key IMEX personnel, including Ray Bloom, IMEX Group Chairman; plus interviews and testimonials from exhibitors, buyers and industry veterans. Daily News Headlines will be sent each evening of the IMEX in Frankfurt exhibition (Tuesday 22 – Thursday 24 May) to everyone registered for the show and will also be available on YouTube and via the IMEX App. | |

The IMEX TV crew will interview a key member of your team during IMEX and include this within one of the Daily News Headlines (choice between either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday) which will be broadcast each day on plasma screens in the show, plus sent to all hosted buyers, visitors, press and exhibitors by email each evening. The testimonial can take place on your stand. Maximum of 3 will be sold, including the Major Sponsor. |

| BADGE-BACK: LEGACY INITIATIVE | €3,000 |

The IMEX Group has an established policy of giving back to the local community and minimising its environmental and social impact wherever possible. At IMEX in Frankfurt, a Badge-Back scheme will give participants the opportunity to drop their badges into one of two recycling bins as they leave the show. A contribution will go towards each badge collected and each bin will represent a different local legacy initiative or charity. IMEX will match the sponsor's contribution and the full amount will be allocated to the two chosen legacy projects: Maisha's Sewing Project - Integration for African Women Through Sewing and Lichtblick aktiv Schwester Sigrid e.V.

In the run-up to IMEX 2012 we will be sending monthly emails to all exhibiting companies registered to exhibit at IMEX in Frankfurt. The emails contain monthly deadlines, information on their appointment schedules and guide to buyers, operational information, plus tips on how to get the make the most of the show. A minimum of 5 emails will be sent in total from January – May.

The IMEX post-show survey will be sent to all hosted buyers and visitors who either registered for, or attended IMEX in Frankfurt 2012. The survey aims to capture the views and opinions of buyers to help the organisers plan and improve the show for future years. This survey is sent to approximately 8,000 buyers and generates a response from approximately 1,600 buyers.

For the first time IMEX will be offering free wi-fi to all hosted buyers, visitors, press and exhibitors throughout Halls 8 and 9 at Messe Frankfurt. This wi-fi connection is intended for emailing and web browsing (rather than data downloading) and is expected to be used heavily by buyers using Smart Phones and the popular IMEX App.
