What's on
for agency planners

What’s on for agency planners?

2025 is going to be an exciting year for event management, marketing and production agencies. Events are back, big time, and with that comes ROI demands, creativity, revenue, kudos and, if you get the execution right, attendee transformation plus a raft of new business.

But it’s set to be a year of trade-offs, balancing higher production costs against quality and waste issues or limited team resources against client expectations.

It’s never an easy balance but you can learn to manage it better by meeting and talking to other agency owners who face the same challenges. IMEX’s event agency programming could help you switch your mindset from competition to collaboration, from “I know what to do” to “maybe I’m missing a trick or two”.

You’ve nothing to lose. Let’s go.

Agency Experience Forum

The agency path from events to experiences

This 3-hour event combines a choice of three sessions depending on your role. It’s intended for those who manage client events within an agency and/or agency directors or owners. Agencies can be full-service, event-specific, marketing, brand or PR focused.

It’s no longer enough to produce excellent client events. Whether B2B or consumer, brands are now seeking experiences, and some are pushing even further into transformational events.

The Agency Experience Forum offers a short, multi-venue program where you can hear from winners of the BeaWorld Best Events awards; explore data-driven discussion about immersive experiences and/or talk to other agency leaders.

Bring a junior colleague and future-proof the events industry

Coming to IMEX as an agency owner, manager or director?
Why not bring a junior colleague?

Inspire the next generation of event planners by bringing a junior member of staff to IMEX. They will gain valuable exposure to the industry, grow their professional networks, and develop their knowledge at expert education sessions.

Your business will benefit from developing and retaining your junior employees, who will in turn contribute to the healthy growth and advancement of our industry.
