Arrival, entry and accessibility

1. Hosted buyers only: Sign in to check your accommodations. View airport transfers and show shuttles here.
2. Print your badge (full size color) using the link in your badge email. No badge email? Check your junk and clutter, and then let us know. To change your badge, sign in and select Edit Your Badge to receive a new badge email.

3. Note the exhibition hall opening times. Exhibitors should be on their booth by 9am. Buyers and attendees should plan to enter the hall from 9:30am. Meetings start 10am sharp. (Hosted Buyer Lounge opens at 8am.

Making the most of your time

6. Sign in to search our Exhibitor Directory and book your meetings before you arrive.
7. Sign in to review your show schedule. We recommend syncing your schedule to your Outlook or Gmail calendar by selecting Sync to Calendar, and downloading it as a pdf to print out or have on your phone by selecting Export Data.
8. Buyers - sign in, contact exhibitors you've booked meeings with to discuss requirements in advance for super-efficient meetings at the show. New this year, you can also message other buyers pre-show.

9. Buyers - follow our meeting etiquette. Double check your schedule for clashes before you arrive. And don't ghost - if you've overbooked or are running late, send the exhibitor a message.
10. Exhibitors - sign in and review your buyer meetings. Contact the buyers ahead of time to discuss their requirements.

Learning, giving back, and staying in the know on the go

11. Search our education and event program for learning, networking, tours and more, and sign in to add your favorites to your schedule.

We're partnering with Snapsight to bring key education takeaways to your phone, instantly. If you're attending sessions at the Inspiration Hub (Forest, Ocean or Canyon rooms) or at the Research Pod or People & Planet Village, scan the QR code for a real-time summary.
